Council of Digital Economy and Society chairman Suphachai Chearavanont is pushing to transform Thailand into a more competitive country and promote the kingdom as a digital hub in the region.

The Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES) will jointly host "Digital Thailand Big Bang 2019," between October 28 -31 ‬ at Hall EH98-104, BITEC Exhibition and Convention Center on Bangna-Trat road, Bangkok. The event is an international digital technology symposium under the concept of Asean Connectivity, in line with Thailand’s chairmanship for the 34th-35th Asean Summit.
